Shipping policy
Our shipping is managed through a third party, The Courier Guy. Please visit their website for their detailed terms and conditions.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of TCG.
Please note that once your online-order is processed, finalised and paid for we cannot make any adjustments, add, swop or change any products. You will have to do a new online order.
Shipping Costs
Our costs vary according to the actual and volumetric weight of your order as well as your geographical location in relation to our office address.
We use TCG’s locker to door service and our shipping prices align closely to their rates. Shipping costs are indicated on our online shop at checkout.
- High-Risk Zones: These are areas where The Courier Companies have identified a high risk of theft or hijacking, making it unsafe for couriers to deliver directly to homes or businesses. A surcharge is added to free and standard shipping cost to account for the increased risk.
- Outlying / Remote areas: Additional fees will be applied by shipping companies to cover the higher costs of delivering to less populated or harder-to-reach locations. Delivering to these areas can be more expensive due to factors like longer distances, fewer delivery options, and potentially higher fuel costs. A surcharge is added to free and standard shipping cost to account for the logistical challenges in these areas.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping in South Africa can take 2-4 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not accept P.O Boxes as a shipping address. We currently only deliver to South African addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are situated in a high risk area, it may be determined by the courier for you to collect your order from the nearest police station. If this is the case, the courier company will notify you when your package is ready for collection at the police station.
Non-Collections
If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up an order within 7 days of the collection or shipping date, Hushh Beauty (Pty) Ltd. will consider the item abandoned. We reserve the right to sell, dispose of, or use the product in any manner we choose.
Missing or Lost Packages
We have no control over missing or lost packages. However, we can assist in resolving shipping issues in consultation with the shipping company. If you experience a missing package, please contact us via email: sales@hushhbeauty.co.za
